The 160 & 230 Degrave project is a large-scale six-storey residential apartment development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Black Sparrow Construction Ltd. was contracted to complete full structural framing for this multi-storey building, delivering a durable, code-compliant wood-framed structure within a demanding construction schedule.

Each floor spans approximately 20,200 square feet, requiring precise execution, strong coordination, and experienced framing crews to ensure consistent quality across the entire structure.

Scope of Work
